The Literacy Academy will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel located at 11301 Financial Centre Parkway, Little Rock, Arkansas. For general questions, you may call the hotel directly at 501-312-9000.

Nightly rate includes a full made-to-order breakfast buffet, complimentary parking, free use of the fitness center and off-site health club, and an invitation to the Manager’s reception every evening. These rates are net, non-commissionable, and subject to applicable tax.
Cutoff Date
The block of suites will be held at the special group rate until September 24, 2010. After this cutoff date, additional reservations will be accepted based on space and rate availability.

Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card to receive the group rate.
Check-in/Check-out
Guest check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-outs may be subject to additional charges, up to an additional night’s room and tax charge at our regular rates.
Method of Guarantee
All suites must be guaranteed. Accepted methods of guarantee are approved credit card, advance deposit received by the hotel within seven (7) days of reservation, or approved credit by our credit department. Any guaranteed reservation canceled within forty-eight (48) hours of arrival is subject to the first night’s room and tax charges. Early departures prior to twenty-four (24) hours of confirmed departure are subject to an additional night’s room and tax charges.
Method of Payment
We will require each guest to provide an approved credit card as a method of guarantee; otherwise, an advance cash payment of all suite and tax charges, plus a $50.00 deposit for incidental charges will be collected upon arrival. Any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded.
