The Summer Institutes will be held at the Hilton Little Rock Metro Center located at 925 South University Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas. For general questions, you may call the hotel directly at 501-664-5020.

Nightly rate includes a full breakfast, complimentary high-speed internet, complimentary parking, and free use of the fitness center. These rates are net, non-commissionable, and subject to applicable tax.
Cutoff Dates :
The “cut-off date” for accepting reservations into this room block is May 26, 2010. Reservations requests received after 5:00 p.m., local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.
Reservations
Reservations may be telephoned directly to the Hilton at 501/664-5020 or 800/HILTONS. In order to receive the preferred rates, you must identify their affiliation with your organization. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or checkout times for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested. Reservation requests received after this cut off date of May 26, 2010 will be accepted on a space available and rate available basis.
Check-in/Check-out
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Room assignments prior to 3:00 p.m. are based on availability. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Method of Guarantee
All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or a first night’s room deposit plus tax. Individual room cancellations must be received by 3:00 p.m. one day prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax.
